Who you're dealing with
HiVis Websites is a trading name of [full name], a sole trader in the UK. Contact: [email], [postal address]. You deal with one person, by message. No calls.
What you get
- One web page of 5 to 8 sections about your business: your work, reviews, areas, contact buttons and a request form.
- The service pages behind it: a thank-you page, a 404 page and a privacy policy.
- All the wording, written by us from your voice notes, and a simple logo if you don't have one.
- Connecting the site to your own domain and hosting.
- A ready-made message for collecting reviews and a QR code for your van, cards and banners.
What's not included
No extra pages, blog or online shop. No search engine (Google) ranking work and no Google Business Profile setup. We don't promise a number of enquiries: the site is your shop window, people still have to find you through referrals, your van, your profiles or ads.
Price and payment
- £299, one payment. This founding price is for our first 20 customers; after that the price is £399.
- £0 upfront. You pay only after you've approved your finished site, within 7 days of approving it.
- Your site goes live on your domain once we receive payment. If we haven't received it within 7 days, the site isn't published and the project closes.
- Payment by [payment method].
- Your domain and hosting are in your name and paid by you directly to the provider (a domain is usually about £10 a year).
72 hours or £50 off
The 72 hours start once we've agreed in writing what you need and have your materials (answers, photos, logo if you have one). If your site link isn't with you within 72 hours, you get £50 off. We take on a maximum of 10 new sites a month, so we can keep this promise.
Changes before you approve
- Two rounds of changes are included. One round is one message with all your comments, voice notes are fine.
- After the second round you choose: approve the site, ask for a third round for £30, or walk away without paying.
- Changes stay within what we agreed. New sections or pages are new work, and we quote for them first.
Changes after launch
- 5 small changes are free in the first 30 days after launch. A small change means updating text, photos, contact details or the areas you cover.
- Our own mistakes are fixed free for 30 days after launch and don't use up your free changes.
- After that, a small change is £20.
- New pages or new sections aren't small changes. We quote for them separately before doing any work.
If you go quiet
The 72 hours pause while we wait for your reply. When we send you your site, please reply within 7 days. If we hear nothing for 14 days, we close the project: nothing is published and you owe nothing. If you come back later, your site joins the queue again.
If you decide not to go ahead
If you don't approve your site, you don't pay anything and we don't publish it under your name. The site we built stays ours, and we may show its design as an example of our work, without your name, contact details or photos unless you agree.
Your content and ownership
You confirm the photos, logo and details you send are yours to use. Once you've paid, the site is yours: the text, design and files we made for it. We may show your site as an example of our work unless you tell us not to.
The legal bit
We build your site with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the price you paid. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
